A practicing advocate with over six years of experience, he specializes in real estate and property law, commercial transactions, arbitration, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and civil and criminal litigation.
Having represented clients in complex legal matters and high-value transactions, Deepak combines legal expertise with a business-oriented approach to help clients navigate challenges, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth. His experience spans legal due diligence, title verification, regulatory compliance, corporate documentation, and courtroom advocacy.
Deepak holds an LL.B. and a Master’s degree in Aviation Law & Air Transport Management from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Through Antidote Advisory, his vision is to build a trusted advisory platform that delivers legal excellence, integrity, and innovative solutions tailored to every client’s objectives.
Karuna Rawal is the Co-Founder of Antidote Advisory, where she plays a key role in delivering strategic legal advisory and dispute resolution services to businesses, startups, and individuals. A practicing advocate with extensive experience in litigation, legal research, trial preparation, and client advisory, she is committed to providing practical, ethical, and solution-oriented legal guidance.
